You will need:

1 Butter Kookie Mix

4 Tablespoons Softened Butter

4 Ounces Softened Cream Cheese

1 Egg

1/2 Cup Diced Strawberries or other favorite berries

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Combine all ingredients except Strawberries.  Mix well.  Fold in Strawberries, cover and refrigerate 30 minutes.  Divide dough evenly, in to balls.  Place on parchment lined baking sheet.  Bake for about 5 minutes, check to see if they cookies have spread, if not, lightly flatten in to cookie rounds and continue baking 5-7 minutes longer.

Remove from oven and cool on baking sheet on cooling rack.  These cookies are very soft but will firm up as they cool.

We have made these with Raspberries as well and they were delicious.
