Keto Condensed Milk

keto sugar free condensed milk

You Will Need:

1 1/2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream

3 Tablespoons Butter

3 Tablespoons Powdered Sweetener**

1 Teaspoon Vanilla

In a small saucepan, heat heavy whipping cream, butter and sweetener on medium heat until is just starts to boil.  Reduce heat and simmer until thickened, coating the back of a spoon.

We cook ours on medium low for about 20-25 minutes to get the thickness we like.  The longer you cook it, the thicker it will become.  Stir occasionally during cooking.

Once thickened, remove from heat and stir in the vanilla.  Makes about 1 1/2 cups of condensed milk.

Notes:  We use an erythritol monk fruit blend.  You can process granulated sweetner in a spice grinder to get powdered sweetener.

Our Bar recipes usually call for 1/2 cup of condensed milk.  You can use the remaining condensed milk in our Kookie Butter recipe, subbing it out for the plain Heavy Whipping Cream or use it as a creamer for your coffee.  You can use it to make fudge, chocolate ganache or pumpkin pie!
