Cranberry Walnut White Chocolate Breakfast Bake
You Will Need:
2 Eggs
1/4 Cup Melted Butter
1 1/2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1/2 Cup Chopped Walnuts
1/2 Cup Dried No Sugar Added Cranberries
1/2 Cup Sugar Free White Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper so that the paper extends beyond both long sides of the pan. This will make removing the bread easier.
Mix all ingredients until well combined. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and spread the dough into the corners and along sides of pan.
Note: You can sprinkle a small amount of granulated sweetener over the top of the dough before baking for a sweet crunch.
Bake 20-25 minutes. Remove and cool on wire rack.
Cut into 8 squares.
