Double Peppermint White Chocolate Cookies
You Will Need:
1 Egg
5 Tablespoons Softened Butter
1/2 Teaspoon Peppermint Extract
Sugar Free White Chocolate Chips - For Dipping
Sugar Free Peppermint Candy - Crushed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine all ingredients except White Chocolate Chips and Crushed Peppermints. Mix well.
Scoop dough into balls and place on prepared baking sheet.
Flatten dough slightly into cookie rounds. The dough will only spread a little bit while baking.
Bake 10-12 minutes. While the cookies are baking, crush a handful of Sugar Free Peppermint candies, set aside.
Remove cookies from oven and cool on cooling rack. Once completely cool, melt chocolate chips according to package directions.
Dip each cookie half way in the melted white chocolate. Set on wax paper or parchment. Sprinkle with crushed peppermints. Let chocolate set completely.
