Brown Butter Snickerdoodles

You will need:

1 Butter Kookie Mix

5 Tablespoons Browned Butter

1 Egg

1/2 to 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon, depending on preference

Cinnamon and Sweetener for rolling.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

To brown butter, place butter in small pan.  Cook over medium heat until it turns a caramel to deep caramel color.

Combine all ingredients and place in refrigerator for about 30 minutes if dough is too soft.

Divide dough, evenly, into balls, roll in Cinnamon and Sweetener mixture and place on parchment lined baking sheet.  If you opted not to refrigerate the dough, do not flatten the cookie rounds.  Check them after about 5 minutes of baking to see if they have spread, if not, lightly flatten into cookie rounds.

If you did refrigerate the dough, lightly flatten into round before baking.  Bake 10-12 minutes.  Remove to rack and cool.
