You Will Need:

1 Butter Kookie Mix

2 Egg Yolks

5 Tablespoons Softened Butter

1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon - more be added according to taste

Cookie Press

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Combine all ingredients.  Fill cookie press and press dough onto parchment lined baking sheet.  Bake 10-12 minutes or until set and cookies start to slightly brown.  Cookied will set as they cool.  Remove from oven and cool on cooling rack.

Note:  Use different extracts, coloring and cookie press shapes to make a variety of holiday cookies
