You Will Need:
1/2 Cup Browned Butter
1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Macadamia Nuts
1/8 teaspoon Ground Ginger
1/8 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
1/2 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips
1/2 Cup White Chocolate Chips
2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
Finely Diced Macadamia Nuts - enough to sprinkle atop the chocolate
Brown 1/2 cup butter in small saucepan. Cook over med to med low heat until butter is golden and bubbly, be careful, once it starts browning it can quickly burn. Remove from heat and cool.
Once butter has cooled mix all ingredients together and place in fridge for about 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350 degress. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll dough into balls and then roll each ball into a log shape and shape into a crescent shape. Bake 10-15 minutes or until edges just start to brown. Remove and let cool completely.
To dip the crescents. Melt 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips with 1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil in microwave in 30 second increments. Once Chocolate has melted and is smooth, dip half of the crescent, place on parchment and sprinkle with additional chopped Macadamia Nuts.
We dipped half our crescents in Dark Chocolate Chips and half in White Chocolate Chips.
