You Will Need:
1/8 Cup Melted Butter
2 teaspoons Cinnamon
Mix all ingredients together. Shape dough into disk, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 300 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Remove dough from fridge and roll between two pieces of plastic or parchment to about 1/2 inch thick. Use Start cookie cutter and cut out cookies. Reroll dough scraps and continue to cut out cookies until all dough is used.
Place cookies on parchment lined baking sheet and bake 10-15 mins. Keep an eye on the cookies towards end of baking time as they will start to brown very quickly. Remember that the cutouts will continue to set after removing from the oven.
Place cookies on cooling rack and cool completely.
You can drizzle your favorite glaze, powdered sweetener or top with Royal Icing if you choose.
