Keto White Chocolate Peppermint Snowballs
You Will Need:
8 Tablespoons Softened Butter
1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon Peppermint Extract
1/2 cup Sugar Free White Chocolate Chips
Crushed Sugar Free Peppermint Candies - optional
Powdered Sweetener for Coating
Mix all ingredients, except Powdered Sweetener. Shape dough into balls and freeze for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place dough balls straight from freezer on baking sheet and bake 15 minutes.
Remove and let cool, while Snowballs are still slightly warm, roll in Powedered Sweetener. You can use Allulose or Mix some Coconut Flour and Powdered Eyrthritol to coat the Snowballs. Using Coconut Flour with the Erythritol will cut the amount of sweetener and should counteract any cooling effect.
