Keto Quick Breakfast Kup
Start your day with a delicious Snickerdoodle Kookie Kup that is high in Healthy Fats and Fiber. You will never miss oatmeal again!
You Will Need"
1 Tablespoon Water
1-2 teaspoons Chia Seeds
1-2 teaspoons Ground Flaxseeds
1/3 cup mixed Berries or single Berries of choice
1 handful Walnuts
Mix Kookie Kup as directed by using 1 Tablespoon water. The dough will be very thick. Add the Chia and Flax seeds along with the Walnuts. Mix into dough. Top with Berries.
Microwave for at least 1 minute.
Enjoy!
Notes:
The cookie will be soft and reminiscent of oatmeal.
You may use frozen berries but may need additional cook time. We suggest cooking for the full minute and then in 15 second increments until desired consistency of the cooked berries.
