You Will Need:
4 Tablespoons Softened Butter
1/4 Cup Pumpkin Puree
1 Teaspoon Instant Espresso Granules
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees
Mix all ingredients together in mixing bowl. If you would like a stronger coffee flavor, add Espresso granules in 1/2 teaspoon increments to achieve desired taste. We used 1 1/2 teaspoons total for our Recipe.
Scoop dough onto a Parchment lined baking sheet and flatten dough slightly.
Bake 10-12 minutes. Remove and cool on baking sheet slightly before removing parchment to baking rack to cool completely.
Top with Whipped Cream or Optional Coffee Glaze Drizzle.
