Pumpkin Cutouts

You Will Need:

1 Butter Kookie Mix

1 egg

1/8 Cup Melted Butter

1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla or Extract of Choice - Optional

Mix all ingredients in bowl until well combined.  The Butter Kookie Mix already has Vanilla added however you made additional to enhance the Vanilla flavor or add any extract of your choice, if desired.

Shape dough into a disk shape, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 30 minutes up to overnight.

Preheat oven to 300 degress.

Remove dough disk from plastic wrap and place between 2 pieces of parchment paper.  Using a rolling pin, roll to about 1/2" thickness.

Use desired cookie cutter shapes to make Cutouts.  After pressing cutter into dough, gently lift off parchment and place on parchment lined baking sheet.  If dough is stuck in cookie cutter, gently press it out using finger.

Repeat process to roll and cut out remaining dough.

Bake until set and just slightly starting to brown.  Remove and let cool.

Decorate as desired.

Net Carbs:  Depends on size of cookie cutters used.  One batch of our Butter Kookies has 12 Net Carbs per batch.  Calculate the final macros based on how many cookies you get from your chosen cutters.
