Sugar Free Dried Cranberries
You Will Need:
1 12 Ounce package fresh cranberries
1/2 Cup Powdered Sweetener
2 Tablespoons Avocado Oil
Optional: Dash of Orange Extract
Preheat oven to 200 degrees F
Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Rinse cranberries. Mix all ingredients until cranberries are well coated. Arrange in single layer on parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 3-4 hours. Stir halfway through baking time. Let cool. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
Note: You can use granulated sweetener or if you have a spice grinder, simply grind your granulated sweetener to a powder consistency.
