Cinnamon Crumble Muffins

You Will Need:

Muffins:

1 Butter Kookie Mix

1/4 cup melted Butter

3 Eggs

1/4 cup Sour Cream

1 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder

1 teaspoon Cinnamon

Crumble Topping:

1/2 cup Almond Flour

1 teaspoon Cinnamon

1 Tablespoon Sweetener

1 1/2 Tablespoon melted Butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Line or grease 10 cups in a muffin tin.

Mix all Muffin ingredients in bowl.  Mix for up to 2 minutes until the batter starts to get fluffly.

Fill each muffin cup 3/4 full.

Mix all Crumble Topping ingredients in small bowl and top each muffin with mixture.

Bake 20-25 minutes.

These will stay fresh on the counter for a couple days and then you will want to transfer them to the refrigerator.  You can reheat in a microwave or let warm to room temperature to enjoy.

Note:  You can add chopped nuts to the crumble mixture for added texture and taste.
