You Will Need:
5 Tablespoons Softened Butter
1/4 Cup Chopped No Sugar Added Dried Cranberries - click for recipe
1/4 Teaspoon Orange Extract
1 Tablespoon Orange Zest
Sugar Free Chocolate Chips for Drizzling*
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment.
Mix all ingredients together until well combined. Using a cookie scoop or Tablespoon, Scoop dough into balls and place on prepared baking sheet.
Flatten slightly, bake 10-12 minutes. Remove to cooling rack. Cool completely.
* For the drizzle - place chocolate chips in a plastic sandwich bag and seal tightly. Place bag in a mug of hot water. Let chips melt. Remove and wipe off bag. Push melted chocolate to one corner of the bag and twist the excess plastic to form into a piping bag. Snip off corner and drizzle melted chocolate over each cookie.
Cookies can be half dipped in chocolate and then sprinkled with optional chopped nuts if you do not prefer a chocolate drizzle. Melt chocolate according to package directions and then dip each cookie halfway into the chocolate. Place on wax paper or parchment paper and sprinkle with extra cranberries or chopped nuts. Let chocolate set
