No Bake Salted Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars

You WillNeed:

1 Peanut Butter Kookie Mix

6 Tablespoons Melted Butter

11 ounces Sugar Free Chocolate Chips

1/2 Cup Peanut Butter

1/2 Cup Chopped Peanute

Coarse Salt

Line a loaf pan with parchement paper so that the parchment extends up the long sides of the pan.

Melt butter and combine with Peanut Butter Kookie mix.  Press into the bottom of the prepared loaf pan.

In a small sauce pan or double boiler, melt chocolate chips and peanut butter, stirring until combined.  Add chopped peanuts.

Spread melted chocolate mixture on top of peanut butter kookie layer.  Sprinkle with coarse salt. Refrigerate until firm.

Note:  11 ounces of chocolate chips makes a very thick layer of chocolate.  If you would like a thinner layer, reduce the amount of chocolate chips.
