Pistachio Cream Bars

You Will Need:

1 Butter Kookie Mix

1 Egg

4 Tablespoons Softened Butter

8 Ounces Cream Cheese, Softened

1/2  Box Sugar Free Pistachio Pudding

3/4 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream

1/4 Cup Chopped Pistachios Plus More For Garnish

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Line a loaf pan with parchment that extends up both sides of the pan.

Mix together Butter Kookie Mix, egg, butter and 1/4 cup Pistachios.  Press into bottom of prepared pan making sure to dough is pressed up against the sides of the pan.  Bake for 15 - 18 minutes.  Remove and cool.

Mix together softened cream cheese, pudding, heavy whipping cream until combined.  Pour over cooled crust and refrigerate until set.  Sprinkle with chopped Pistachio before serving.

Makes 8 Bars
