You Will Need:
5 Tablespoons Softened Butter
Sugar Free White Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Note, we used 2 Butter Kookie Mixes for the 8 x 8 pan. If using 1 Butter Kookie Mix, make bars in a loaf pan. You will get 8 bars from the loaf pan.
Mix together the Butter Kookie Mix, egg and softened butter. Pat into bottom of pan. Bake 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
Top dough with dried Cranberries and chopped Pistachios. Pour at least 1/2 cup of Keto Condensed Milk over top and place back in over. Bake until the sides of are bubbly and golden. Remove from oven and top with White Chocolate Chips.
Note: Feel free to add additional toppings. You could add coconut, dark chocolate chips or other nuts. You can also add some extract to the dough. Orange extract pairs very well with the dried Cranberries.
